Molly Newton is the former Chief Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney for Arlington County and Falls Church, VA.  Ms. Newton is one of the most highly-regarded trial attorneys in Northern Virginia, having won numerous jury trials, including high-profile sex crimes and first degree murder.  Ms. Newton’s current practice focuses on zero-sum criminal litigation, from attempted capital murder to mandatory minimum drug distribution cases.

William Turner

William (Bill) Turner is a former Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for Arlington County, VA and an accomplished trial lawyer.  As a former prosecutor who has successfully built thousands of cases, Mr. Turner offers clients an insider's view into how to respond to and defend against a government prosecution.  He has taught classes on criminal law and procedure to several law enforcement agencies, and currently serves as a coach for George Mason University Law School's Trial Advocacy Program. Judges and other attorneys often consult Mr. Turner about the intricacies of DUI law and procedure. Mr. Turner has been recognized by his peers as one of the top criminal defense attorneys in Northern Virginia. In 2019, 2020, and 2021, Super Lawyers selected him to their prestigious Rising Stars list for Virginia and Washington D.C. Mr. Turner has been awarded The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 in Criminal Defense designation for Virginia every year since entering private practice.
